Bio: My life is a story of common grace turned saving grace. I grew up an All-American boy with small town roots and a dream. I had great parents, great friends, and a life consumed by the Christian house-hold and education. Despite my blessings, I grew up rejecting Jesus and His gospel. I saw no need for a Savior and inevitably made it a point to disrespect and upset the other Christians around me. I wanted everything to do with myself, and nothing to do with the religion that bombarded my life, far into my first couple years as a college student. By the grace of God, I came face to face with the King of Kings, Jesus, three years ago at Four Points. His radical intervention in my life has swept me off my feet in an act of constraining love. If you were to ask me three years ago if I would either be at church or even devoting my time to the advancement of His kingdom I would have laughed at you. Now everything about my life is consumed by Jesus and His saving grace. It's something I can't escape nor want to. I’m so thankful that the fierce grip of God's love I experienced in Jesus has refused to let me go.
Family: Two awesome parents, Dave and Cathy, and a younger sister, Tracy, who is 21 and currently enrolled at KSU. About a year ago God gave me my sweet and wonderful girlfriend, Lil, who daily reminds me of the evidence of His hand in my life.
Interests: I love everything business, finances, and real-estate. My entrepreneurial spirit has a big appetite. Some of my favorite days off involve reading a good Business or Theology book. Theology is getting to be a nervous tick in my life. Without my fix of it, I start to go insane. I’m really into mudding and rock climbing too. I’d rather be up under a rock or in the woods so far off the grid it’s hard to find my way back. I also consider myself an Asphalt Cowboy and love to be behind the wheel. Couple that with some good music and I'm in my element. I am an addicted, over-the-top, border-line idolatrous John Mayer fan. I also like my fair share of Country and Christian music.
Education: High school grad with several horribly failed attempts at staying put in a college classroom. I tell most people I’ve been in school the last 3 years at Four Points.
Coolest thing I’ve ever done: It was very recent, but it would have to be the mission trip to Ecuador I took summer 2011 with Four Points.
